Have you noticed that zar has its line credit under review? As we know, even if you do not use your line credit, you have to pay monthly fee. That is why zar not interesting to get one now. By the end of June of 2017, if zar has not sold itself or partial asset sale, it will get a line credit plus cash on hand to pay off the debentures.
