Back to the Well
Back to the Money well. All along, I said COP would do a private placement. Some people scoffed at that prediction. The stock has been put on a collar and not allowing it to run pass $0.15...Any placees including Management & Greenstone (the controlling shareholder) buying into the non-broker placement are likely under a "special relationship" with the Company. I would say they likely are in possession of material "inside information" not yet disseminated to the public. No one would put new money into this stock without getting a first look at the upcoming resource estimates and corporate plans. PLEASE STOP SCREAMING THAT IT WOULD BE AGAINST SECURITIES LAW FOR INSIDER TRADING OR TIPPING...National Instrument Policy allows for such circumstances, to wit, "...Disclosures by a company in connection with a private placement may be in the "necessary course of business" for companies to raise financing. The ability to raise financing is important. We recognize that select communications between the parties to a private placement of material information may be necessary to effect the private placement. Communications to controlling shareholders may also, in certain circumstances, be considered in the "necessary course of business." Nevertheless, we believe that in these situations, material information that is provided to private placees and controlling shareholders should be generally disclosed at the earliest opportunity..." This stock is poised for takeoff. A good bet for a penny stock.
