RE:RE:ended last September 7 a conciliation process with the gov. Great find sailor8, it sheds some light on the IFC situation. It explains why the IFC is not a so called "participant" and why they bailed out, if the actually did so. Politically, they want no part of this charade and the bad exposure they would have. I believe they benefited  in the restricted PPs. They can now claim they have divested themselves from EOM.
