In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas exploration and production segment of the S&P Total Market Index (S&P TMI).

kudo's for your commitment. I ,while their puffery and their greed and lousy business  skills alway ticked me off, the dream of multibaggers was too much to ignore. fortunately  my oil portfolio consists  of real oill companies so the hit today,while unpleasant,was not serious for me. 

Win some,lose some ! The idea of relying on their ability to deliver with Shoreline in Africa is too far fetched for me to grasp at this point. The jockey is flawed,no matter the pettigree of the horse the race is lost.
