You hear it all the time in professional sports, don't get too excited when things are going well, and don't get too down when things go bad, stay on an even keel.  In the markets that attitude can help in keep emotions in check imo, to keep one from getting to exhuberant when things are good which can lead to buying high....or too depressed when things go the other way which can lead to selling low.

Looks like we might have some bearish activity at work going into the closing bell, knocking it down already.....and that's okay.  Its all part of the game.

Now....all those manipulative types who like the sheep making decisions based on greed and fear, give this post the one star slap.....don't let me down :-)
