It doesn't matter who is employed there anymore.  The debt has killed them, and they have old declining assets with photofrin out of the pipe.  Donnatal is on death's door.  OSC and the SEC have the information filed by Rosen Law firm on Friday, so it is only a matter of time before they announce an investigation of violation of SEC rules.  The pricing pressure and the CMA investigation in the UK will be the Tfinal Toaster in the Bathtub for them.  7% CXRX bonds traded at 30 cents on last week.
