RE:RE:No prohibition on Cannabis stocks inside a TFSA....

RE:RE:No prohibition on Cannabis stocks inside a TFSA....To publish such BS onto a board either makes you simply an uninformed person who posts inaccurate information or a douche who purposely posts inaccurate information to create fear. The comment that would lead me to believe the latter is this one from the ACB board post "This information is CLEARLY posted on the CRA website, has been published for some time now and discussed at length on other boards." which is pure fabrication.

And the # 1 comment that proves you to be one of the biggest scumbags in the MJ forums is this one "I highly recommend you call the CRA. I did ". A complete freaking lie. You want my MJ stocks cheap you are going have to do way better than that.

1.  The TFSA is NOT tax free from cannabis stocks !!!! WRONG. There is nothing to prohibit MJ stocks.

2.  Cannabis stocks are considered speculative in the eyes of the CRA and therefore the CRA does not see as investing.  WRONG. The TFSA says nothing about speculative stocks. You take the risk but they are not prohibited.
