We literally neighbor Torex on two sidesAna Paula and 90% unexplored. I don't think 4X this price is at all unreasonable. Goldcorp is unloading some junk for over $500 million and would be a natural suitor. Angry Geologist is critical of most everything but literally has nothing bad to say about TMM except for the industry standard discount rate being used in the NPV. However, capital in this case really should be less discounted. Consider: AP + debt + SF cash flow will fully fund the project to first pour. Because of the SF base and AP's low capex, the debt required will be a fraction of what AP actually supports. I love TXG as well but there's more upside here and less dependency on what the price of gold does. As I suggested, an overweight position should be had at these levels (in my opinion) because you can unload the excess at higher prices. I sold my AVK to buy more TMM. I feel the value here is as good as it gets.
