RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal Should Close Soon and Then We are Good to Go

RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal Should Close Soon and Then We are Good to GoPPs are how they chose to fund the company.  They clearly are working to get off that strategy with the best of breed as they have said.  You would never get a return out of the market like you would investing in this company if it works out.  Thats the risk reward trade off of course.  If they bring in revenue the SP is flat out going to take off.  The money they have raised has gone to cover their basic expenses.  Natcore is not going down or even close to it imo.  They have more support than you think.  Their financing partner (Denikon) is dependent on them and so are multiple counterparties.  Their investing partner who has put millions into Natcore and funds much of the PPs is also not going to let it go under and Natcore also has a 10MM equity line to tap.  Right now they have enough money to burn through about 4 months and they raised it in 2 months.  I think they will lock this deal down and bring in revenue in 4 months or sooner and if they dont and need to do one more PP they will survive through that or perhaps they will debt fund the company with no PP.  Obviously I would rather see them just bring in revenue in the next month or so and be done with it asap.  We shall see.
