ConversationI chatted with Mr. Jakubovic over the phone yesterday for about 15 or 20 minutes. He was happy to answer every question I had. I imagine that it would be fine to share some of the highlights of the conversation, which I'm sure he would also share similarly with anyone else as well. He seemed enthusiastic about getting things moving again and understands the underlying value of Stroud's property in Mexico. I feel that he's gotten off to a good start with the debt removal via sale of Hislop, plus some cash to get the updated 43-101 done. Getting the word out to interested investors will be a priority once the website is up and 43-101 completed. This may include advertising of the comparisons of the silver resources to price ratio of Stroud versus other exploration companies. Also, the cost of mining for Stroud's silver would be lower than several other companies because it would likely be an open pit mine with high grade silver. Importantly, only about 15% of the property has been drilled, whereas there are many indications of rich parallel silver veins in the other sections not yet drilled. One can do the math to try to estimate the total resource potential of the property! These undrilled sections will be a high priority to drill once funds are raised. Drilling after 2010 mainly dealt with infill, but that should still yield a good increase in the resources in the updated 43-101. We'll find out soon. He hopes to raise funds on a higher share price without a share consolidation, as most shareholders here I'm sure will hope for as well. The timing of funding will obviously be dependent on the silver price, or interested parties. We both agreed that the low silver price will not stay down at this level given the world debt scene, and that a company like Stroud getting its legs back is a good leverage to silver. I asked about a legal issue that was mentioned in the last SEDAR filing that I will not try to comment on here, but he hopes to have resolved soon. I told him that I was looking forward to 2017 and wished him good luck with his objectives, which I believe is that of increasing the value of Stroud for shareholders. I'm sure he'll be glad to discuss anything you want either by email or phone if you are a shareholder or interested in becoming one, as he left the phone offering to talk to me further if I had any other questions. No need to guess about something or make assumptions when you can just pick up the phone to call and ask.
