RE:RE:NRAgree. Hope this guy is good. If the Board goes on the fat cut mode and execution, you need to know all the implications every move leads financialy and legaly too...However I believe we must have stong management team to help Matt on several aspects and I don't think this is where we should save money... 

Hope they know where they're going...
