RE:RE:RE:What to expect in mergerFor sure ALA shareholders are going to be diluted more since we are the ones proposing the deal but, as I said before, I have been hearing that WGL has a percieved cheaper valuation right now than ALA since everyone seems to believe that ALA is trading at a premium. .. NOw we may think differently that ALA is cheap by comparison but the market works on perception not reality in most cases. So, maybe this acquisition brings more perception of value to ALA in the combined company.
