RE:TMM moving higher
TMM has superb leverage to the POG of gold because SF is a marginal asset that becomes interesting as gold breaks $1300. (The land surrounding the mine is large and interesting as well, but shouldn't at this time be consuming any focus or funds.)
But like an exploration company it also has wonderful leverage to the value it creates internally irrespective of what gold does. Unlike an exploration company, I consider the value creation path low risk since AP is so advanced, has low capex, and will be internally funded or sold. A reasonably analogous situation was Torex at $10.
Even if gold sits at $1200, an 80-cent to $1 target is reasonable.
Super banger potential is if the company performs as expected against a rising POG.
