RE:RE:RE:Further to the Insider SalesHT : And your point is?
Thomvest has been active buyers of PLI paper both on the open market and with purchases concurrent with private placements pursuant to their rights negotiated as part of their holdings of convertible debt.
Since October 30, 2016 Thomvest has made the following purchases:
Shares Price $ Type
Oct 31 1,401,632 $2.98 $4,176,863 Private Placement
Nov 29 2,000,000 $2.40 $4,800,000 Open Market
Nov 30 2,000,000 $2.427 $4,854,000 Open Market
Dec 29 2,000,000 $1.8708 $3,741,600 Open Market
Dec 30 2,000,000 $2,1523 $4,304,600 Open Market
As a result of these transactions, Thomvest now holds 19,026,406 shares plus debt convertible to common shares. No cash was received by PLI on the private placement as Thomvest exercised their right of offset to the convertible debt. Stefan Clulow also makes a SEDI filing but it is only notional as Thomvest is the beneficial owner of the securities. In any case , you would have to agree this activity is a very strong showing of support by Thomvest for the future prospects of PLI.
The purchase this week by Nancy Orr-Gaucher of 3,900 shares was in her TFSA, hence the small size.
So, HT while I don't expect you to become a cheerleader for PLI, try to present a balanced view of the facts.
And by the way, the countdown is becoming more than a little annoying. Will you cease when PLI does a partnership?
