Agree, the tight float and low demand lets a few individual control the stock in the direction they want and they do it openly. The pre open "shananigans" are common and they often set the tone for the day. A trader with multiple accounts or a few traders in the fix make latteral trades as they want and often with very little volume. The low volume would also amount to menial daily profits!!! Got to love trading ITC............lol
