I expected it to open over 30, and climb toward 35-36 over the day.
At this point I'm hoping for the day to close above 30. If that happens, 40 next week is possible.
With news like this, anything under 30 should be a buy, imo. but this stock has disappointed many times.
Unfortunately they have a bad history of following good NRs with dilutive placements
They just confirmed $7M annually for the next 3 years, so one would think they have no need ro raise $$. (expansion excuse maybe?)
