RE:RE:RE:DrillingInfill drilling will refresh the market about what an attractive deposit AP already is. The time for exploration drilling is once AP is in production and flooding the company with cash. By then the price of gold should be much higher and you will be kicking your own rear about not buying more under 75 cents.
Newstrike came out with some outstanding intercepts and was hitting even better results at depth. In late 2013 they said: "The mineralized zone remains open and additional drilling will be required to fully evaluate the high grade potential at depth."
Look at what they were hitting so deeply:
AP-13-215 intersected 72.19 metres of 3.92 g/t Au from 675.75 to 747.94 metres down hole, including 39.39 meters of 6.42 g/t Au from 677.10 m to 716.49 metres. This includes multiple discrete intervals that returned over 10 g/t Au as highlighted in the table below.
Meanwhile within the first 100 meters they reported, among others which were still better:
Drill hole AP-11-71 intersected high grade mineralization including 75.30 meters of 4.42 g/t Au and 135.40 meters of 5.57 g/t Au that includes 1.15 meters of 305.15 g/t Au.
