RE:RE:RE:permittingDavid (Nich) is lying to you; more than a year ago they posted in Genoil website pictures of land adjacent to a refinery and they say that the land is getting ready for the installation of the upgrading equipment. Envronmental impact assessment (EIA) is always completed before the site preparation and excavation works begin. With this kind of project whre it's just a refinery expansion/retrofitting EIA does not take more than two weeks.
