RE:RE:Rio Tinto’s copper woes worsen as Jakarta halts export
weird I was able to read earlier.  If I recall correctly the article was just talking about how Indonesia is now unwilling to allow ore to be shipped out if there is capacity to refine within the country.  They are also making companies build refineries within the country.  I hope they stick to their guns, should drive the price of copper up.
