I also want to add I've been talking with TXG management. I love TXG's management even more than I love my own family. I've been talking with them and talking with them about the prettiest girl at the ball, Ana Paula, and we all seem to be on the same page. Meaning that you have to be a laughing stock to be selling TMM at these levels when so much ultra-prime real-estate is trading at less than the worth of ol' San Francisco and the legacy Timmins concesssions.
