LOT undervalued. Is it under-managed?Is David capable of taking LOT forward? He has made some good property acquisitions but there is also a list of questionable, and straight bad deals (that both ended up dead in the water). Very poor PR (if any). No good institutional investors. No new, bigger players getting involved. Slow pace on things while salaries increase and bonuses paid. Cannot tell you the last time a financing was announced that is was completed above 25%. Grecko looked good until they realized management wasn't going to increase shareholder value to their expectations. I'll continue to give him until the end of April to show shareholders that he, as President, is looking out for shareholders and can more importantly drive shareholder value rather than using Tomagold as an ATM for him and his associates. When looking at comparible companies, LOT is extremely undervalued. The questions is why?
