Buy on bad news and sell on good one.

Buy on bad news and sell on good one.

This is an old game. Yesterday CXR had a good day. I was busy with other stocks that I missed the train. When I read the news that CXR was down graded, I jumped in and bought from a high of of $4.26 all the way down to $3.53 and I am not sweating Those who have been trading for a long time must know the game. Bring the SP up and up and get some to chase and buy, then bring it down and down to frighten those wirh weak knees.

Toorrow morning the SP could begin and go down more. They can be my guest and I will be ready with lower and lower bids. Or, bring the SP up to take profit and then down to buy cheaper shares.

If I know the company history which is important, I do not hesitate to dive in. Now, those experts who downgrade any stock (especially well established companies), and the stock gets new life, those experts vanish. Whatever you guys and dolls do, good luck. I know I am certainly not going to lose my pants. I have always bought on bad news and sell, as fast as I can, when the news is good. The novelty wears off quickly.
