EPS 9 months ended Sep 2016 $0.003 vs Sep 2015 $0.072 (down 96%).
Revenue for 3 months ended Sep 2016 $152,657 vs Sep 2015 $1,203,201 (down 87%).

Share price rose to highs based on expectations the great earnings to continue with continued growth.  However in reality revenue and earnings ended up going way down, thus the share price decreased significantly.  I don't see why people would find this unexpected.
