Retire:  You are right.  Things did look great at $4.99.  But the yellow flag for me was the continuous silence from management regarding any updates.  The conference calls were filled with "we don't provide guidance", "we can't comment on that", etc.  This was impetus for me to sell in the 3s and 2s although I still have a big chunk left and sitting at a higher cost.  Sometimes management's inactions are good enough reasons to sell and their total disrespect to shareholders (many who bought the $2 and $4 deals) was awful.  Never fall in love with a stock no matter how big the Blue Sky looks.
