Dip from the all time highs he is thankful and buying, dip from $1.20 he is thankful and buying, dip from $1 he... you get it. Something tells him this is going to be the last time you can buy at.. $1.90, $1.75, $1.50, $1.25... It is going to the moon!!!

The consolidated financial statements of the Company have been prepared based on the basis of accounting principles applicable to a going concern, which assumes that the Company will continue in operation for the foreseeable future and will be able to realize its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of operations.
Several adverse conditions cast significant doubt on the validity of the going concern assumption. The Company has not generated revenue from operations. The Company incurred a net loss of $275,765 during the three months ended September 30, 2016 and as of that date, the Company’s deficit was $12,803,356. At September 30, 2016, the Company has cash resources of $348,878 to settle its current liabilities of $1,070,063 representing a shortfall of $721,185. These circumstances lend substantial doubt as to the ability of the Company to meet its ongoing obligations as they come due, and accordingly, the appropriateness of the use of accounting principles applicable to a going concern. The Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon raising additional capital to meet its present and future commitments, the continued support of certain shareholders and trade creditors and on achieving profitable commercial operations.
PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKES I DID AS AN EARLY INVESTOR. Don't use these boards as a valid form of research. You don't know people's intentions. Heck, you don't know mine. But I can say I hold no position (long or short) in this stock. I bought into it during the climb up and got burned bad with a much higher percentage of my holdings than I could afford. Another beginner mistake.
Now... I will say. I am still pretty new and I am far from capable of properly valuating a company and their potential. I thought I believed in this company and there actually may be a solid future here. I am certainly not saying it isn't possible. I am just saying to not blindly believe stuff you read here. When a few users post the same thing day in and day out for months and months it is clear their intentions. If they wanted people to do their own research or really believed in the future of the company why bother come on here and post over and over that the stock is going to explode. To me it is pretty clear.
I wish nothing but the best to all honest investors out there. I know I am now going to get attacked by this following on here that are on here every day saying the same thing but I just want the best for all. But hey.. maybe this company does shoot up to the moon. I am not saying it won't but I am saying to really do your research before investing your money.
