RE:Poor oljenks

RE:Poor oljenksOkay to respond to each of those comments and then that is it. I am not going to waste my time arguing over the internet. 1st: I am not blaming others. I am blaming myself for blindly listening to boards as a form of research instead of doing it myself and that is all I am encouraging others to do as well. I listened to the hype here and saw the news releases and shouldn't have bought in so high and so much. My mistake. I was also pointing out that no matter what the price if there was a pullback all that was said was I am picking more and more, can't believe the discount.. Like Dart or whoever else has a complete infinite amount of money to invest that at every drop they are picking up "bargain" shares.. At $1, $1.50, $1.75.. whatever. Doesn't matter where, it is always the same. 2: And this is important. Yes, a number of companies (not almost every company in the world, that is ridiculous) can state quarterly losses. However, they don't disclose the going concern principal. Look at company notes... even with losses. A company by the GAAP must disclose discussion of going concern if their financial position suggest the going concern can't be followed (in other words going bankrupt and not able to run anymore). Read the statements, "Several adverse conditions cast significant doubt on the validity of the going concern assumption." "These circumstances lend substantial doubt as to the ability of the Company to meet its ongoing obligations as they come due, and accordingly, the appropriateness of the use of accounting principles applicable to a going concern. The Companys ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon raising additional capital to meet its present and future commitments" This is not in almost every company's statements. Maybe this is reason for the news promotion blitz... Also, this isn't a new company. They changed their name at the end of 2015 when all of a sudden things started turning around and news was being released. The company was formed in 1987. 3: RRSP is an investment vehicle, not an investment itself. I could invest in CNZ in my RSP, as I could in a TFSA or non-registered account. Alright, that is enough. I am not going to argue on here, I simply wanted to draw some people's attention to the facts here. Accuse me of whatever you want, you cannot dispute everything I said is true. And again, hey, maybe they turn it around. I am not trying to give advice on this stock, maybe they take off and do really well. I wouldn't be upset, I would be happy for them. I personally am staying away but that is just my choice. I just wanted to encourage people to really research themselves is all because I didn't. All the best.
