RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Current Insider Shareholders It's all about what kind of plus-value there will (would) be for the buyer. I mean, even if the market was pricing that one for a few pennies after those patnerships, it is still plausible that pro forma is higher than what was reflected. Getting that technology, the tax losses and all R&D that come with could be valued somewhere between 5M$ to 20M$.
It is kinda hard to put a firm value on the package deal, as far as saying that it is obvious that we are getting bought out. The good point is that we get the Adhoot in the same boat than us, so we could expect something in return, whatever happens. Until we know the end of the story, I'm doing like LongT and considering it dead money, and haven't any expectations. I do, however, hope a good end for shareholders, but i'm not dreaming.

Actually some of your posts in the past were fluff based on nothing. But that's besides the point. I gather you think this will be bought out based on the partnerships, and based on the money that the company spent/invested etc. Something you have to remember, the partnerships did nothing for the share price before this halt. Now, we don't know for certain of the partnerships will remain. But let's say they do remain, does that necessarily mean this will be bought out for top dollar? Absolutely not. This wasn't even trading at a respectable level before this halt!
What you perceive the company should be worth, is different than what someone will pay for it. I know this from experience. Am I saying it's impossible this will be bought out at a higher price? No I'm not saying that. But I can't see it being bought out much higher than what it was trading. Remember, this is a super super poor performing stock the past 2 to 3 years. It would be great if it was bought out at a high price and allow the new buyer to catapult this product. But we don't know for certain. Everything you're saying are not known facts at this point. It's speculation and assumptions. Some of those assumptions may very well be true, but the reality is we don't know for sure where this is going at this point. I'm sure everybody else here will agree with me on that one. You're definitely the minority.
