I am new to investing, not quite 1 Year in yet, so bare with me... Why would the CEO and president step down? If you were the CEO/Pres of a company you truly believed was dead in the water, why would you stop getting your salary from them? If it was me in that position I'd be getting what money I could while the company was afloat. To me, and please correct me, this would seem like they think that saving the company from paying their salary could help to save the company.... I'm probably thinking too optimisticly as this is my first potential loss since I've started.
