RE:Article about SAGUARO (IRRs from 46% - 98% in Birley/Umbach)George. Did you speak to CKE management about their plans to present in Dallas or are you speculating? Has anyone actually spoke to CKE management about this? It sounds like a good idea but given their low profile I wonder if they would be up to the task.
