1. when will we see production start on PG ? a rough Idea would be good at this point? 

We anticipate receiving the approval from the FDA around midyear hopefully. We will then commercially launch shortly thereafter. I would say as of today that we will commercially launch in Q3 2017. I can't provide a more precise date until the FDA has actually approved the product for sales. 

2. What do you figure is the total Gross value of PG , on label and off label and what is it used for on label and off label. ?

We have publicly disclosed that the plasminogen congenital deficiency should reach at peak sales anywhere between 150 and 200 million $ per year. We have not yet provided specific and precise guidance. If you start looking at all the other indications where plasminogen could be used, the sales of the other indications will be a multiple of those related to the congenital deficiency. We will provide more guidance as we start disclosing all the other related indications where plasminogen is involved


3. What do you figure is the next milestone for PLI in general , and about when will this happen .?

The next milestone of importance should be the completion of the filing of the plasminogen BLA with the FDA and this should be completed in the next few weeks


I have been a shareholder with PLI for over 12 years .  I get frustrated at time, due to the slow pace of development... excuse me for this . I think you guy are doing wonderful ... English is my third language , excuse me for any errors within.

Rapid, thank you for sharing Freds reply .

As I understand the message. It shows 100% confidence in that what they doing.

BTW Rapid, what can we understand from the last sentence..it is very likely that Fred want firstly to give the message,
that if YOU holding your shares then he hopes that YOU would tremendously profit from your investment ;).

Secondly and therefore it is very likely that he saying this to 100% of the shareholders ;), anyway and cheers.

And "tremendously profit" could mean very likely , big money back for the shareholders?
What else could this mean? 

What if the company plans to pay dividens this year? Rapid, any thoughts on that are welcome.

As I said before, this story was a long story..but this long story could be unfolding faster than we expecting.

Rapid, if you can smell the money, than I also ;).

In this sense..I can also imagine by reading between the lines that Fred want to trigger the shareholder to hold on their shares? Isn't it..and very honestly: This is very likely that he want spread this "short" message?
