I suppose the SP was already accounting for the past three disappointing quarters, and that this fourth one was only a continuity to what everyone expected would happen. Those who are done with Neulion are already out. I guess we may see continued upside from here on.
In truth, the current SP of CAD 228M is ridiculously low compared to earnings of USD 100M+, which remains expected to grow. I'm just conflicted by the fact that my expectations were for Neulion for be acquired by now, or trading at well in excess of $2 per share.
Maybe this is truly a tougher & more competitive business than expected, and mgmt is truly doing the best they can. We should know that if any new agreements are to be announced.
