John Kaiser calls it a classic pump and dumpBut if you read between the lines there might be a little more to this story. Three offers on the table and if one doesn't pan out this puppy will be trading back at 6 pennies as fast as it moved to .26 cents. I'm hoping that something comes to fruition as I have a small amount at .20 cents
