No. Patents expiring 2 years from now don't concern me one bit. That gives me at least a year and a half to make money in RTI. It also gives RTI 2 years to effectively capture the market and expand. If no one can do what RTI is doing for the next two years, how large of an operation are they going to be able to create by then? The answer, one large enough so that they are still able to extract oil at a much large and cheaper rate then anyone else in the market that tries to copy them.
