Alan Stephens, CEO, is clearly highly experienced and was formerly the VP Exploration with First Quantum. However, he is your typical Englishman - very reserved and low-key - not the face you want to pitch the stock to investors with a mono-tonus voice...As the poet Irishman named William Butler Yeats, said: "I always think a great speaker convinces us not by force of reasoning, but because he is visibly enjoying the beliefs he wants us to accept."... The audience wants to hear, see, and sense your face enjoying your message...COP has recently hired a One-million-options -incentivized VP for IR work. Hopefully, she can get the message across to the investing world. The Dog-and-pony show is not doing the job.
