Is David Baazov buying NYX and taking it private?

Is David Baazov buying NYX and taking it private?He sold over 7M shares of Amaya today. on the Amaya board, someone posted that now that he's blocked from buying Amaya by their new debt terms, he is going to stay in the industry by buying up NYX, an important vendor to Amaya.

Anyone have any information to validate or refute this?
