The Company owns a gross production royalty on coal sales from the Donkin Mine in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, owned by Kameron Collieries ULC, a subsidiary of The Cline Group LLC. The Black Point Aggregate Project is a granite deposit with a mine life of around 75-years located along the southern shore of Chedabucto Bay in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia. The Project possesses suitable characteristics for the development of a crushed stone marine export operation for supplying markets in the eastern United States.

RE:Budreski and LongwallI heard today that Nova Scotia Power will not be using coal from the Donkin mine. I do not know the reason why or if it's something that will be readdressed in a year or two. I'm hoping it is because coking coal contracts for Donkin coal can be had for all Donkins production. The whole seam is coking quality so there is a good chance that is the reason. My source for news of Donkin has been bang on every time so I have no reason to doubt him. And he believes that all the coal will be sold as coking coal.
