...and yes, no one waits for the legend to come off the shares before selling if they want out. Gone are the days of the old fashioned gypsy swaps but you can short against your restricted shares so if you want out, why would you wait for Monday?

Actually, you're a little behind the curve. They've been shorting for the last couple of weeks and selling paper openly on the market the last couple of days.
I took a nice sized block of warrants at $.95 cents.

I figured everyone and their dog was waiting for that seller to come down.... so at $2.50+ the time premium was f-all and I have a pretty extended investment view so.... it got eaten.
Monday I will be gunnel-loading common stock if another wave of selling shows up... bring it.
I also own a pile of $.50 and $.75 cent pre-IPO paper with warrants... you can bury me with those.
Canopy will inhale this deal at some point. Apparently they've already gone after Stewart a couple of times, but all this is rumour around the water cooler...
