PE What is going on!!??

PEA was due in August 2016. I have written to the company 3 times since September 2016 asking for an update of the PEA. Never received an answer!

Now we are in March 2017. Still no PEA in sight but meanwhile bought more land in Nevada (from Cypress) which may have been a good move. But now they also bought some land in Argentina. This is a "red flag" for me. Why buy more land if you have not finished looking at your current holdings unless you are sure your current land will not be good enough!?

The delay in the PEA and the buying of extra and new lands is giving a clear message. The PEA is not going to be very good.

Anyone sees this differently!?
