Because he is obviously just trying to push the stock upwards with his verbal diarrhea while the shareprice is continously going down.
And as you can see he is failing completely.
Call the company, if someone is picking up the phone, ask them what's going on and sue them if you lost money, and stop whining and blame others for the decisions YOU made.
