Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. is a Canada-based medical device company. It is engaged in the development and commercialization of diagnostic tools to monitor patients with heart disease. VMS products are powered by its proprietary Knowledge Based Reconstruction technology, which is the result of a decade of development and provides accurate volumetric cardiac measurements equivalent to MRI.

What's interesting to me is they had that first 2.0M lined right up and only took on an additional million... they could've raised much more here.

My "guess" here is they plan to raise a more substantial amount of money at a much higher level.

Been pickin' off shares under $.40 whenever I can. I think this is a no-brainer.
