RE:RE:RE:RE:whats up with the big drop today?auschucks:  Well this shows how desparate UR needed the money.  If they really didn't have an urgent need, then could have told Clarus, "we want $1.75 or we walk".  Then what?  Clarus certainly would not want to turn down a huge fee opportunity so they would have to oblige them.  They almost certainly could have found enough believers in the story who would pay $1.75, not some bottom-fishing small fry funds looking to make a quick flip.  I've seen many companies turn down deals when they couldn't get their price.  Clearly UR needed the money so they caved in on the price.
