My guess for the stock price drop is that Bioamber had to issue a Section 610b going concern qualification statement (see link below) per the NYSE.  Another concern is that the Sarnia plant is running well below it's capacity due to a shortage of orders for their product.  I think both of these items surprised the market.

This stock is now a show me stock.  It seems the Sarnia plant is technically running OK but needs more product orders to improve the financials.

I continue to hold the stock and may buy more once the price settles down.
