RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:who is TMM closest peer??...I really don't think it matters.    350 million shares is a lot but not that unusual for a junior miner.   Torex had 788 million shares before it's 10 to 1 rollback.   Everyone was saying it was very bad for their stock price but it ended up making no difference at all and the stock price kept climbing.   Some of the bashers even said that the stock would crash after the roll back.   One moment they say there are too many shares, and yet when they announced the rollback they then say that the rollback will crash the stock price.....well you can't have it both ways.

It is possible that a share price above $1 may attract some more institutional buyers but it will happen, rollback or not.  All I care about is how they manage the company and whether there is gold in the ground.
