How many shares outstanding?

How many shares outstanding?I love this opportunity now but want to be realistic. I'm calculating 1.5 billion shares outstanding and at 2 cents this is a market cap of 30 million. I feel good about this being 150 million market cap short term so 10 cents w no need to consolidate although that seems crazy. If the do 10 to 1 that's fine. How many shares outstanding are there. Am I correct?
