I believe a healthy sales targets to be the following:
B&M Year 2016 = 200,000 to 300,000 per financial quarter per location.
B&M Year 2017 thru 2019 = 300,000 to 500,000 per financial quarter per location.
Ecommerce 2016 = Should account for 5-10% of total sales
Ecommerce 2017 = Should account for 7-12.5% of total sales
Future goals would be Ecommerce accounting for 20-30% of total annual sales. B&M locations provide exceptional exposure and brand imaging, but are a big expense. As long as RYU can keep margins high and continue to coordinate their inventory managment successfully, we should be heading into a bright future.
Milestones:
> Expand online presence (social media, sales, marketing campagnes)
> Take care of dilution issues once we are successfully established into eastern and western Canadian markets. We should aim to get on the big board (TSX) once we prove healthy revenues.
> Stay true to our brand. Make people believe that they need what we can provide. You need to show people what they want, because people dont know what they want until they see it. We have beautiful designs, great slogan, and a strong brand image. We need to keep it consistant and stay true to it. Which I think is what they are doing.
