Yesterday I requested a subscription agreement from the company, but Doug told me that the book is closed already, so insider or institutional picked up the pp.
Also don't forget Doug recently did a cross sell of 2million shares to someone.
It looks there is some interest from institutional investors, plus the market reacted positively to this dilution
