COMPANY OVERVIEW

Western Resources Corp. will soon be a publically listed company on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol 'WRX'.

Western Resources Corp. was previously named Western Potash Corp. and was focused on developing a Potash Project named 'Milestone' in Saskatchewan. In order to diversify its assets, Western Resources Corp. was created and a Plan of Arrangement took place in March 2017.

Western Resources Corp. wishes to be able to pursue investment opportunities in other resource properties that may contain metals or minerals other than potash and in jurisdictions that may be outside of Saskatchewan. The Company will also consider  alternative  value  enhancing  opportunities  for  those  resource  properties,  such  as  joint  ventures,  spin-offs  or business  combinations.
