TUD has currently 65 mio shares out and a market cap of C$ 39,3 mio.
This should transfer in market cap for Teuton of 39,3/6x2 = C$ 13,1 mio!
Supposed, TUD won't go down, those additional 11 million shares will increase their market cap accordingly and the gap to a fair valuation for TUO even widens for approx. 17% more...
