It also intends to hold a 50% interest in 27 contiguous mining claims totaling 410 hectares (Greenbelt Property) located south of Bissett, Manitoba.

As of this moment in time, no such document has been filed therefore no such document is being reviewed.

Land is far from worthless. Perhaps I've been on that very ground ! 


It is hard to argue with "perhaps" standing on the ground approach but I still depend on geology and the knowledge of the mining gurus in the area. No one has taken that land seriously as a possible mining prospect for at least the last 100 years, for very simple and obvious reasons.
