Only reality you state no one had taken that land seriously for 100 years for obvious reasons . What might they be ?

Well, geological formations that do not lend itself to high probability precious metals, 100 years of tire kickers that walked away and an old geo college mate that has been out there for decades that long ago confirmed that half the land in that camp (including these claims) would only become a mine is if road gravel went up by 20X.

It does not matter though. Alliance will most likely trade and this land will be pumped to some extent and shares will be sold and the treasury will get filled and management will have secured a paycheque for quite a few more years to come and with that said this land will still be undeveloped road gravel when I am 6 feet under. Hardly a new story in the world of venture exchange mining. It is a shame that some people do not realize that land is not like wine. It does not get better with age. In fact it stays exactly the same. The only thing that changes is there is a fresh crop of get rich quick dreamers that think DD is a reference to a lady with large mammaries.

No real concern of mine though. I was just amazed that this refuse was once again being recycled. Time to sign out. I have spent way too much time commenting on something that I only viewed as a curiousity.

Good luck with the game.
